Fraud warning

Watch out for impostors using our name

We take every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies using the Renevex name, or close variations of it, without permission, spreading confusion and false information about our services.

Why this notice exists

Three reasons. First, you should be able to confirm you are on the official site before entering personal details or transferring money. Second, fraud rings quote our name, address and screenshots of the platform to look legitimate. Third, the more sophisticated clones copy the design of our emails, and knowing them from the inside is your best defence.

Cloned companies

If you suspect you are dealing with a clone using our brand, name or logo, do not share personal information and notify us immediately at [email protected].

We work constantly to map cloned operations, with the honest caveat that some remain unidentified for a while. Every client should verify the legitimacy of any company they deal with online before sharing personal details or starting a business relationship.

Quick check: the address bar must show the official Renevex domain, and legitimate email arrives only from our own domains. In doubt, write to us before acting.

Misuse of our name

We are aware of cases where our name and personal details have been misused for fraudulent purposes beyond our reach or control. We deeply regret the losses suffered by anyone affected, and the company is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out in our name by unauthorised third parties.

If you have already given details or funds to a suspicious site: stop further deposits, preserve every message received, and report the matter to the relevant authorities and your bank. The earlier the report, the smaller the damage.

Report an impersonation

Send the suspicious site's link, screenshots of the messages received and any contact details the scammers passed on. The security team analyses every report, works on blocking imitator domains and updates this page as new fraud patterns are identified.
